Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Menu Meta product. A final, lawyer-reviewed version will replace this page before general availability; the points below reflect how the product currently operates.

Restaurant subscribers

• You confirm that the menu content you upload is accurate and that you have the right to publish it.
• You are responsible for keeping allergen, ingredient and price information correct. The assistant grounds answers in the menu you publish.
• Pricing tiers shown on our marketing page reflect the forthcoming commercial plan. During pilot the product may be offered free of charge; specific commercial terms are agreed in writing.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to extract source data, abuse rate limits, or impersonate other restaurants.
• Don't use the assistant to give regulated advice (medical, nutritional certifications) — diners are reminded to confirm severe allergies with restaurant staff.
